"...We love it. We have been here for six months now. Young family with four kids. The unit is very clean and spacious. We have had a few maintenance issues but they have responded swiftly and knowledgably. We have never heard our neighbors through the wall. There are kids in the area but rules are enforced and we like all of our neighbors. The outside is clean as well and snow removal has been swift. Overall a great experience and a place that really feels like home."

"Lived here for almost a year. I don't have anything bad to say at all. They are clean, spacious, and in a great area. We have had a few maintenance problems that were resolved immediately. Always been able to get ahold of someone from the office. I lived across the street at Brandychase about 7 years ago and had a similar experience. Our neighbors are pretty quiet and anyone i've met here is nice and respectful. Would recommend."
